If you are not happy with your product, let us know within 10 days of receipt and returned to us with 10 days of receipt of the returns form.

Please note on non faulty items, we cannot refund for the postage paid for delivery from us to yourself or refund for the cost of returning the item to us and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage during return.

Please package the goods you are returning safely as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items.

Refunds are not accepted on sale items unless faulty.

If you have received an item that is damaged or defective please let us know within 5 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent where possible. Returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Once we have agreed to replace or refund for any items it will be processed within 7 days and the replacement received within our standard shipping times.
